Community Access is a not-for-profit agency, helping people with psychiatric disabilities make the transition from shelters and hospitals to independent living.  We provide safe, affordable housing and support services, and we advocate for the rights of people to live without fear or stigma.

Giving Opportunities

There are many different ways you can become involved with Community Access. To make it easier, we offer tours and presentations if you or someone you know would like to learn more about us. In order to support our work, there is also a great need for private funding. Even though government funding provides much of the support we need to maintain our services, private funding is vital for us to raise the bar and offer services that go above and beyond merely contract requirements. Private funding not only helps to sustain us, but it allows us to grow and improve on our programs and housing. Below is a list of ways you might like to become more involved.

If any of these interest you, please contact our Development Department at (212) 780-1400 ext. 7738 or via email.

You can also mail us a donation or request specific information from us at Community Access, Inc. 666 Broadway, 3rd Floor, New York, NY 10012.

To be added to our mailing list, please email us with your name and address.

To make a donation now, please go to Network for Good. It offers a secure way for you to help us immediately.
