All full-time employees accrue in their first year:
- three weeks of vacation,
- five personal days,
- twelve sick days, and
- ten paid holidays.

Front Desk Receptionist - Howie T. Harp Peer Advocacy and Training Center
The Receptionist is expected to interact with trainees, guests, and staff in a professional and courteous manner, while monitoring the safety of the center and assisting the Administrative Coordinator with assigned tasks required to operate the Center more effectively and efficiently.

Entitlements Clerical Assistant
The overall function of the Entitlements Clerical Assistant is to provide clerical and administrative assistance to the Entitlements department. The Entitlements Clerical Assistant will assist in clerical tasks such as entitlement file maintenance, sorting mail, faxing/scanning/copying, etc.

Registered Nurse - East Village Access

Service Coordinator
The Service Coordinator provides support services to assigned program participants, including assisting with defining personal, vocational and educational goals. The Service Coordinator provides assistance to program participants using a person-centered model that supports individuals in their recovery, hopes and opportunities.

Housing Counselor
Community Access's transitional housing model helps people with psychiatric disabilities move from shelters and hospitals into the community. All sites provide on-site staffing 24 hours a day as well as individual counseling, goal planning and linkage to outside programs and services.

The Building Superintendent is responsible for the daily maintenance, repairs, and building code compliance as it relates to local, state, federal, and governing codes and agency policies and procedures.

Harm Reduction Specialist
The Harm Reduction Specialist provides engagement and support services, particularly to tenants engaging in risky behaviors such as drug and alcohol misuse, unsafe sexual practices, and self-harm, using a harm reduction model. The emphasis is on meeting individuals “where they are at” and providing non-judgmental, non-coercive services and resources to individuals engaging in risky behaviors.

Front Desk Receptionist
The Front Desk Receptionist is expected to interact with tenants, guests and staff in a professional and courteous manner, while monitoring the safety of the tenants and the building. This includes greeting tenants and guests in professional, courteous and hospitable manner; ensuring visitor sign-in policy is carried out; conducting house runs; record activities in desk log; and monitoring Fire Alarm Station.

Maintenance Worker
The Maintenance Worker is responsible for daily cleaning and maintenance of the building, to ensure that a safe and adequate living environment is provided to tenants, staff and visitors at all times.
